Walk and Talk
Therapy

Walk and Talk Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that takes place outdoors, typically in parks and streets surrounding The Therapy Collab in Apex, NC. During these sessions, clients engage in conversation with their therapist while walking, providing an alternative setting for discussion and problem-solving.

Although movement is involved, Walk and Talk Therapy is not primarily focused on exercise. Clients are expected to be in good physical condition and free from any conditions that would hinder their participation. Each client is responsible for their own physical well-being during sessions.
